Remote access is strongly recommended if available by the Clients IT department. Concept AV have a dedicated Terminal for VPN software, which allows Service Desk operators to remote into systems to ensure correct end user operation or the diagnosis of hardware faults. This not to be used for training, upgrades, and changes to the system outside of how the system/s operated at commencement of the contract.

 

If this is not available, Concept AV can offer Teamviewer sessions to remote desktop to relevant AV equipment via a web browser session. Concept AV have invested in the fully licensed version of Teamviewer to allow us to offer this service, download of the client software is subject to your IT policy
